Our custormers
Customer-orientation is the baseline for ISS Industrial services operation. We plan and implement professional industrial cleaning- and expertise services meeting the requirements / needs of our customers.  Our operational reliability, flexibility and our safety culture provide customer satisfactory. We are on regular basis measuring the customer satisfactory and then implement the acts required.

Our personnel
The professional and capable personnel are core of ISS Industrial services prosperity.  We are committed to build a safe environment, appropriate tools and continuous training for the personnel. Our motivated personnel are working to reach the common objectives and goals.  We regularly monitor and measure the satisfactory of our personnel and put into practice the operations required by the consequences.

Occupational health and safety
Our most important objective is the healthy working environment without accidents. Risk assessment and management and developing safe working methods conduct our daily work. Our occupational health and safety management is arranged according the requirements of our operations. We regularly measure the actualization of our occupational health and safety objectives and implement the operations required by the results.

The environment
Our environment program includes the operations, by which the result of the service meets the requirements, saving the natural resources, protecting people’s health and minimum straining the environment. We identify our environmental responsibility and the environmental impact of our operation. We on regular basis are measuring the actualization of our environmental objectives and implement the operations required by the results.

Management´s responsibility
The management of ISS Industrial Services is responsible for operations according to the quality management system, developing and maintaining them, and defines the quality objectives and - responsibilities. The management is responsible for constituting the resources for implementing the operation according to the quality management system.

Ensuring the continuous improvement regular management’s reviews is implemented.
